Positions Available
1. Head of Communications and Business Development
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies to enhance EngageX's visibility and reputation in the blockchain industry.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners within the blockchain and technology sectors.
Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, and other communication materials to articulate EngageX's mission, projects, and achievements.
Work closely with the leadership team to identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and positioning.
Coordinate with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business development goals and company initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role in the tech or blockchain industry.
Strong network and relationship-building skills with media and stakeholders in the blockchain ecosystem.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful communication and business development strategies.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and the regulatory environment.
Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different functions.
2. Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote blockchain and cryptocurrency products.
Lead marketing campaigns across digital and social media channels, optimizing for reach and engagement.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
Collaborate with product and design teams to create cohesive marketing materials.
Requirements:
Experience in marketing management within the tech or blockchain sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
Analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance.
